OrganoNutri Nihari Masala Mix is a blend of spices that can be used to make a delicious and authentic Nihari dish. Nihari is a traditional dish made with beef, marrow bones, and spices. It is a popular dish in the Indian subcontinent, and is often served with rice or naan.

To make Nihari with OrganoNutri Nihari Masala Mix, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 pound beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon OrganoNutri Nihari Masala Mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt to the pot and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the beef cubes to the pot and cook until browned on all sides.
  4. Add the water to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours, or until the beef is tender.
  5. Stir in the cilantro leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.

Tips:

  • For a more flavorful dish, you can marinate the beef in the spice mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • If you don't have a pressure cooker
